A corporate assistant that answers employees from the company’s own documents — with a link to the source instead of guesswork. It lives in Telegram and is managed from a web panel.
Why
Up to 43% of working time goes not into work but into looking for information: where the policy lives, which proposal template is current, what to tell a new hire. InOrbit removes that search — people ask in plain words and get an answer.
How it answers
Built on RAG: the assistant does not invent, it finds the relevant passage in the uploaded documents and answers from it, attaching a link to the source. Search is semantic — it works by meaning, not by exact word match. Formats: PDF, DOCX, TXT, Markdown.
Access
People sign in through Telegram with a QR or a four-digit code — no separate accounts to provision. Documents are dropped into the web panel, and access to them is scoped by lists. A “Report” button flags a bad answer so the knowledge base can be corrected.
What the manager sees
A separate dashboard: who asks what, how much the model costs to run, where the knowledge base has gaps. Spend is shown in money, not tokens.
